Green Juice

Shop bought green juices are often mostly fruit such as green apples and hence high sugar content. Making your own enables you to choose the ingredients you want and use a high proportion of green vegetables hence avoiding a spike in blood sugar levels.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 apple
  • 1 handful spinach
  • 1 handful rocket
  • 3 celery stalks
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 tspn matcha powder (optional)
  • 2 handfuls kale

Method

  • Place all ingredients in a juicer
  • Enjoy!
