Ingredients
- 300g turkey meat
- 1 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 dessert spoons cranberry sauce
- 50g buckwheat flour (adjust amount to obtain correct consistency of burger mix)
- sea salt
- olive oil
Method
- Chop the onion and garlic, season with sea salt and pan fry in olive oil until softened
- Place onion, garlic, turkey and cranberry sauce in a food processor
- Add flour until mixture is a good consistency to make burgers. The amount needed will depend upon whether you are using raw meat or already cooked meat which is drier
- Make 4 burger rounds
- Place burgers in pan with olive oil and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side until cooked through
