Sesame Miso Salmon Skewers

Quick and easy to make but tasty too. If you’re not a fish lover jazzing fish up with this delicious sesame miso sauce is a winner. Packed with anti-inflammatory omega 3 EPA & DHA and beneficial for all areas of health!

Serves - 2

Cooking Time - 20


2 salmon filets
1/2 tablespoon miso paste
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1-2 tablespoon sesame seeds
A handful of green beans
2 tablespoons bean sprouts
1/2 red pepper
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 red onion
A Handful of broccoli
Olive oil
Splash of tamari sauce


Skin and cube salmon
Place onto skewers and place in a baking dish
Mix together the miso paste and the sesame oil and pour over the salmon skewers
Turn the skewers so they are coated with the paste
Sprinkle sesame seeds on both sides of the salmon
Place in oven and bake at 170 degrees centigrade for 20 mins
Meanwhile  chop all the vegetables and stir fry in a pan with a little olive oil
Cook until softened and stir in a splash of tamari sauce to the desired taste
Serve with the salmon skewers and enjoy
