Nut Butter Granola
This great tasting homemade granola is quick and easy to make. It’s packed with fibre and protein keeping you full until lunch. Shop bought granolas are often packed with sugar. Here the protein and fibre slows down the absorption of sugar keeping your blood sugar levels stable and avoiding the mid morning slump. Make a batch of this to last the week. Experiment with different nuts and seeds to suit your own personal taste.
