How I Work

I take a personalised, root-cause approach to understanding and addressing your health concerns.

We begin with a free 20-minute discovery call to explore what’s been going on for you and whether this approach feels like the right fit.

From there, I recommend the most appropriate programme and any relevant testing to guide your next steps.

Who I Typically work with

Many people seek support because they are experiencing ongoing health concerns that have not yet been fully resolved.

I typically work with individuals experiencing:

  • digestive issues and gut health problems
  • hormonal or metabolic imbalance
  • blood sugar regulation issues
  • persistent fatigue or low energy
  • autoimmune or inflammatory conditions
  • complex or unexplained symptoms
  • individuals seeking nutritional support in relation to cancer prevention, treatment or recovery
  • individuals interested in understanding how genetics may influence their health

Many clients come to me after trying multiple approaches and are looking for a deeper investigation into the underlying drivers of their symptoms.

I have additional training in nutrigenomics and nutritional support in cancer care and am listed on specialist registers with the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).

Advanced Testing & Personalised Nutrition

Understanding what is happening inside the body
often requires looking beyond symptoms alone.

Alongside a detailed health history and nutritional assessment, I may recommend advanced testing to explore potential underlying drivers of health issues. This can include:

  • Comprehensive blood testing
  • Nutrigenomic (genetic) analysis
  • Gut microbiome testing
  • Nutrient and metabolic assessments
