Ingredients
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 a cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1/4 cup ground almonds
- Desiccated coconut (for decoration)
Method
- Melt the coconut oil in a medium-sized pan
- Remove from heat and stir in all other ingredients (except desiccated coconut)
- Bind together with hands (add a little water if they are not forming shape) into small balls
- While still warm, coat with desiccated coconut
- Freeze for at least 10-15 minutes until firm
- Keep refrigerated
