Ingredients
- 400g cooked chickpeas
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 200g of cooked broccoli, chopped into small florrets
- 1 tsp of cumin
- 1 bunch of coriander, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 100g of ground almonds
- 2 red onions, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- Pinch of sea salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- Olive oil for cooking
Method
- Mash the chickpeas
- Add and stir in all other ingredients
- Make 8 burgers and chill in fridge for 10 minutes.
- Cook in pan with olive oil over a low heat for approx 4 minutes each side
